I had the pleasure of participating in the Drawing Marathon, organized as part of the Spring of Drawing event, at the Bergesserin Sanatorium, near Mâcon, in collaboration with the ABRACA Association. 

Together with the talented artist Juliette Vivier, we had three days to blend our styles and create a mural on a wall of the Sanatorium that was already painted, using leftover paints and the help of volunteers, all while juggling the weather and the constraints of the colors that were already available. 

Each of us worked individually on a drawing, unaware of what the other had created. I chose to highlight the natural elements surrounding the building, such as mushrooms, local trees, birds, and flowers. Juliette opted for an approach centered on the color wheel. The result is really cool, considering the limited time we had to put everything together and organize it.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming 24 children from the Bergesserin school, who participated in creating the elements that make up the mural during workshops inspired by our initial drawings.
