Hi! I'm Sofia Rousseaux,
illustrator and art educator
With twenty years of experience in education and artistic education, I am a multifaceted professional dedicated to cultivating creativity and learning. I hold degrees in both education and art, as well as courses in picture books and contemporary art teaching.
My artistic and pedagogical practice is rooted in experimentation and play, allowing me to include various disciplines in my working approach.
I am originally from South America, where the rich diversity of colors and textures found in nature and urban landscapes has profoundly influenced my work. I am currently based in France, where I continue to blend my multicultural background with my professional endeavors.
I am also co-founder and member of Atelier Moche, an artists' collective coworking space in Dijon, together with other seven talented artists.
